Cancellation policy

Elev8 Podcast Shop strives to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Due to this fast turnaround, we have a limited window for cancellations.

 

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Order Status

You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed for fulfillment or shipped.

  • If your order status is "Unfulfilled" or "Processing," we will attempt to cancel your order immediately upon request.

  • If your order status is "Fulfilled" or "Shipped," we are unable to cancel the order. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy (Section 1: Returns).

 

Time Frame

While there is no guaranteed time frame, all cancellation requests must be received within 1-3 hours of placing the original order for the highest chance of success. This is due to the automated systems used to prepare orders for shipping.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, you must contact us immediately with the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST" and your Order Number.

Note: Cancellation requests are time-sensitive and will be handled during our standard business hours. Email requests sent outside of these hours will be addressed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if fulfillment begins before we receive or process the email.

 

3. Exceptions (Non-Cancellable Items)

The following items are generally not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed, as production often begins immediately:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Made-to-Order" (if applicable).

 

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before the order is fulfilled:

  1. We will notify you that your order has been canceled.

  2. A full refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment.

  3. As noted in our Refund Policy, it typically takes 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
