5. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Elev8 Podcast Shop pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on an order.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which you have already reviewed. Key points include:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Non-returnable items include Custom products, Gift cards, and "Final Sale" items.

  • All refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
